What did the Pound-Rebka experiment show? That in a gravitational field the speed of light varies as predicted by Newton's emission theory, or that there is gravitational time dilation, as predicted by Einstein's relativity? If the former is the case, Einstein's relativity is wrong and gravitational waves don't exist of course.

The Pound-Rebka experiment demonstrated that the velocity difference (acceleration) of photons is "identical to that which a material object would acquire in free fall", as predicted by Newton's emission theory of light:

That the speed of falling light varies like the speed of ordinary falling bodies is so obvious that many Einsteinians confirm the fact and so unwittingly disprove Einstein's relativity:

Hence, if we were to associate a frequency with that object the frequency should increase accordingly as it falls to earth. If we can measure the frequency shift as the light beam descends the building, we should be able to discern how gravity affects a falling light beam. This was done by Pound and Rebka in 1960. They shone a light from the top of the Jefferson tower at Harvard and measured the frequency shift. The frequency shift was tiny but in agreement with the theoretical prediction. Consider a light beam that is travelling away from a gravitational field. Its frequency should shift to lower values. This is known as the gravitational red shift of light."

So gravitational waves do not exist because gravitational time dilation does not exist - the Pound-Rebka experiment has disproved it. But even in the presence of gravitational time dilation LIGO's neutron-star result would still be unrealistic - it can only be a fake. In order for the gravitational waves and the optical signal to arrive simultaneously, two conditions must be satisfied:

1. The gravitational waves travel at the speed of light.

2. The gravitational waves experience a delay equal to the Shapiro delay experienced by light.

According to Arthur Eddington, Einstein's general relativity says nothing about the speed of gravitational waves, let alone their time-delay:

Arthur Eddington: "The statement that in the relativity theory gravitational waves are propagated with the speed of light has, I believe, been based entirely upon the foregoing investigation; but it will be seen that it is only true in a very conventional sense. If coordinates are chosen so as to satisfy a certain condition which has no very clear geometrical importance, the speed is that of light; if the coordinates are slightly different the speed is altogether different from that of light. The result stands or falls by the choice of coordinates and, so far as can be judged, the coordinates here used were purposely introduced in order to obtain the simplification which results from representing the propagation as occurring with the speed of light. So what is the a priori probability that the gravitational waves (if they exist) arrive simultaneously with the optical signal? Answer: Zero.

That is, if LIGO's fake involved different times of arrival, that would at least have sounded realistic. The claim that the gravitational waves and the optical signal arrived at exactly the same time, which implies that they not only travel at the same speed but also experience the same time-delay as they pass near massive objects, unequivocally proves that the gravitational wave signals "discovered" by LIGO conspirators are fake.

The equation on this page is what will be left from Einstein's equations of General Relativity (GR) after linearization. i.e. after a certain assumption is imposed: the gravitational field is considered weak (is it a correct assumption for two black holes?). Moreover, this equation is similar to the wave equation of the Maxwell theory that (after some additional manipulations) describes propagation of electromagnetic waves in the absence of sources (absence of any source, including a system of two black holes!). Einstein pointed out in this paper that its result is not general, it is valid only under assumption that the gravitational field is weak and only linear coordinate transformations (a linearized version of the general coordinate transformations of GR) can be applied to these (linearized) equations.
